Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all appointments, examinations, treatment plans, and procedures at Reveal Health, as well as to the use of this website. By booking an appointment, you accept these terms and conditions.
1. Who are we?

Our physicians are registered with the Order of Physicians and are bound by the Code of Medical Ethics.
2. Our care
We provide a commitment of effort, not a guarantee of results. We apply our knowledge, experience, and resources to examine and treat you to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. How your body responds to a treatment varies from person to person.
Part of our care falls within the fields of health optimization, regenerative medicine, and longevity medicine. Some of these treatments are not covered by standard reimbursement schemes. We will explain what a treatment entails, what the alternatives are, and what the expected costs will be in advance.
Informed consent. Before any examination or treatment, we will inform you about its nature, purpose, risks, and alternatives. You only provide consent after receiving this information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
We are not an emergency service. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 112 or contact the on-call service.
3. Rates and payment
Our rates are available upon request and will be communicated to you in advance. For treatment plans and procedures, we will provide you with a cost overview beforehand.
In the event of late payment, we will first send a free reminder with a 14-calendar-day deadline. If payment is still not received, default interest and a fixed compensation fee will be due by operation of law, calculated according to the scales set out in Book XIX of the Code of Economic Law.
4. What we expect from you
For high-quality care, we require accurate and complete information. We therefore ask you to provide us with correct information regarding your health status, medication, supplements, and previous treatments, and to notify us of any changes.
Furthermore, we ask that you follow the agreements in your treatment plan as closely as possible and contact us if your symptoms worsen or you notice any unexpected effects.
5. Your file and your privacy
We maintain a file for every patient and process your data in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access and receive a copy of your file.
6. This website
The content of this website is for general information purposes only. It does not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never rely on the information on this site to start or stop any treatment. Always seek advice from a physician.
All text, images, logos, and designs on this site are protected. Reproduction without our written permission is prohibited.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot be held liable for inaccuracies, temporary unavailability of the site, or the content of websites we link to.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our professional indemnity insurance.
We are not liable for damage resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you, or from failure to follow our advice.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability in the event of intent, gross negligence, or damage to health.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, please feel free to speak with us or email info@revealhealth.be. We take every complaint seriously and will respond within 14 days.
If we are unable to resolve an issue, you can contact the Federal Ombudsman for Patients' Rights (FPS Public Health) or the Provincial Council of the Order of Physicians.
As a consumer, you can also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Leuven district, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
